Cancellation Policy

Cancellations by the Customer 24+ Hours Notice: Customers may cancel or reschedule a paid session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time to retain their credit. Under 24 Hours or No-Show: Cancelling within less than 24 hours of the session or failing to attend results in immediate forfeiture of that credit. Cancellations by Portamento Portamento reserves the right to cancel or reschedule at any time. If cancelled by Portamento, customers receive a replacement session credit to rebook. No cash refunds are provided. General Refund Terms All paid plan and session bundle purchases are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
